1) How do I shop online?
It's easy - just select the items you want from this website, choose your preferred colour and size, and then add them to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, please follow our simple checkout procedure. You will need to log in before giving any payment details as this takes you to the secure part of our website. If you have placed an order online with us before, simply type in your email address and password to log in. If you are a new customer you will need to take a few moments to create an account – a quick and easy process to do.
2) What size should I order?
Follow our easy to use size guide which you will also find located on every product page.
3) My password does not work. I cannot log into my account, what to do?
Simply click 'forgotten your password' and enter your email address. We will send you an email with instructions on how to reset our password.
4) Where do you deliver?
We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom.
5) Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we ship to the following countries;

6) How do I track my order?
You may log in to your account to view your recent orders. You will be provided with tracking details by email once you have completed your order.
7) I placed an order but did not receive an email confirmation.
Please check your junk and spam folders; this is the most common reason for not receiving emails. We recommend you add our email email@example.com to your address book to ensure you receive all future correspondence from us.
8) Can I order over the phone?

10) The piece I wish to purchase is not available in my size, is it coming back in stock?
Please contact our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org If you wish to be notified once an item is back in stock simply select size and colour you require and fill in your details. An email will be sent to you as soon as the item arrives back in to stock.
11) How do I find out when my order is going to be delivered?
You should receive an email with tracking information by the end of the day you placed your order, provided it was placed before 12.00pm GMT. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.
12) What are your delivery times and charges?
Next Day Delivery £8.00
Place your order by 12.00pm GMT Monday to Friday and it will be delivered to you the next working day. Orders placed after 12.00pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
All deliveries require a signature to authorise delivery.
3-4 Day Delivery £16.00
Place your order by 12.00pm GMT and your order will be delivered to you within three working days.
2-5 Day Delivery £25.00
Place your order by 12.00pm GMT and your order will be delivered to you within 2-5 working days.
13) Which courier is my order shipped with?
We use DPD for UK based orders and for international shipments we use DHL. In some regions, we also use Fedex.
